Trump says US-Iran deal to be signed on Sunday as Tehran casts doubt on timing
US President Donald Trump says Washington and Tehran will sign their nuclear deal on Sunday. According to the BBC, Iranian officials are casting doubt on the timing after Israeli strikes on Lebanon.

According to the BBC, Trump said the nuclear agreement with Tehran will be signed on Sunday and expressed personal confidence that the process will conclude successfully. Iran's foreign ministry, however, said the timing remains uncertain.
Iranian officials told the BBC that Israel's recent air strikes on Beirut have called Washington's stance into question. They argued that for the signing to take place, the United States must "restrain Israel".
If the deal is sealed, the global risk premium for Brent crude and regional assets could shift markedly. The International Atomic Energy Agency's verification timetable has not yet been announced. This is not investment advice.
