Russian missile and drone barrage on Kyiv injures at least 10
Russia launched six Iskander ballistic missiles, four Kh-59/69 cruise missiles, two Kh-31 anti-radiation missiles and 121 attack drones at Ukraine overnight, according to the Ukrainian air force. At least ten people were injured in the strikes on Kyiv.

Russian forces launched a large overnight missile and drone barrage at Ukraine, injuring at least ten people in Kyiv, Ukraine's air force said Friday.
According to the air force, Russia fired six Iskander ballistic missiles, four Kh-59/69 cruise missiles and two Kh-31 anti-radiation missiles, along with 121 attack drones, in one of the larger combined strikes on the capital in recent weeks. Ukrainian air defenses intercepted a portion of the incoming weapons, though falling debris and direct hits caused damage across several districts.
The attack came as Ukraine's Western allies continued discussions on air-defense support and long-range weapons supplies. Kyiv officials said emergency crews were still assessing damage to residential buildings and infrastructure on Friday morning.
