Ondas to buy US drone maker DZYNE Technologies for $875.8 million
US drone and automation firm Ondas Holdings has agreed to acquire uncrewed-aircraft maker DZYNE Technologies for about $875.8 million, according to a report. The deal would broaden Ondas's defense and commercial drone portfolio. It ranks among the sector's largest recent transactions.
