President Volodymyr Zelensky was joined by at least 25 other leaders for the meeting of the "Coalition of the Willing," with talks centered on deepening cooperation with Ukraine on air and missile defence.
The gathering came as Russia continued strikes on Kyiv and as a NATO summit approaches. Allies are working to agree on concrete steps to expand defence assistance to Ukraine in the weeks ahead.
