Ukrainian officials renewed calls for additional Western air-defense supplies, warning that gaps in interceptor stockpiles are leaving cities increasingly exposed. Kyiv has accused Moscow of deliberately targeting civilians in recent strikes, including small-drone attacks on individuals in other frontline regions.
